Code of Conduct for Domestic Energy Assessors EPC
We will personally undertake an inspection of the property and produce the Energy Performance Certificate for:-
- Individuals selling their own homes.
- Individuals looking to give their property a Health Check (perhaps before selling)
- ie helping identify energy inefficiencies in a property and enabling improvements & future cost savings. An EPC will be produced with the recommendations. Once the recommendation(s) for improvement have been carried out a follow up visit is then made to re-issue a certificate highlighting the improvements made. A fee of only half the original charge will be made for this re-issued report.
- Property Professionals such as Solicitors, Property Developers or Estate Agents.
- Landlords or Letting Agents keeping in line with the new legislation requirements since 1st October 2008.
These reports can be produced in various formats dependant on usage and volume requirements, normally a .pfd file is emailed to or can be supplied on disc with a hard copy.
